Mangrove Care Forum in Benoa, Bali chose Cristiano Ronaldo to be the ambassador mangrove of Indonesia. The forum will be launched within the two months later.
One of the leaders of Mangrove Care Forum,Tommy Winata came in Madrid on March 8.
Ronaldo said he was happy to help the organization care about the environment. In addition, he admitted to still remember well his experience to Indonesia to visit the victims of the tsunami in Aceh, 2004.
"I am honored to be able to get a role in the conservation of mangroves in Indonesia. I visited Aceh after the 2004 tsunami. Devastation caused by the disaster is still burned into my memory," said the Real Madrid superstar.
