England manager Roy Hodgson is hoping Rio Ferdinand to re-invigorate the Three Lions.
"If he wants to come back, there will be further consideration related to fitness," said Hodgson told Sky Sports.
Ferdinand pullback makes Hodgson called for two replacements, which Joleon Lescott and Chris Smalling, who played as England drew 1-1 at home to Montenegro.
"The two central defenders played very brilliant," said Hodgson.
"Smalling awesome, while Joleon Lescott doing its job very well," he concluded.
