Galatasaray coach, Fatih Terim criticized the leadership of the referee after his team were beaten by Real Madrid 0-3 in the first leg of the Champions League quarter-final at the Bernabeu on Thursday (4/4) morning.

"The referee daunted on name of Real Madrid. He is not the referee for this level. If you can not see a penalty for handball (Sami Khedira), then he was not supposed to be in this fight. Everybody said it was a penalty, but the referee - he did not say anything, "said Terim told reporters after the game.
Terim called if the favorite status that carried Madrid gave them the benefit of the referee rather than his team. "Did the referee beat us? No. He gives a lot of wrong decisions. But the referee is not the subject of discussion, I do not like it and never talk about them," he added.
