Since the deal with Chelsea, Rafael Benitez has not offered a win for 'The Blue'. He was not sure about his future at Stamford Bridge.
Benitez was appointed as Chelsea's interim manager to replace the previous manager, Roberto Di Matteo, who was fired. He is contracted until the end of this season.
But the appointment of Benitez has not yielded positive results. After earning a draw respectively against Manchester City and Fulham, Benitez then finished his first defeat Chelsea manager when Juan Mata et al. subjugated West Ham 1-3, Saturday (01/12/2012) night earlier.
With two draws and one defeat, Benitez was also noted as a manager with the worst start after three games in the Roman Abramovich era.
Benitez also admitted that he was not sure his future at Chelsea linked. The man who has also coached Inter Milan, Liverpool and Chelsea were assessing his fate depends on the results obtained in the field team.
"No, I'm not sure 100 percent. We did not win, that's the main thing," Benitez said when asked about his future at Chelsea.
"I would say it depends on things we could do on the field. So if we improved on the field, it will be easier for everyone," he said as quoted by Sky Sports.
